Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Tortilla Crisps Paprika (100 g)
  • 50 g homemade or jarred tomato sauce
  • 50 g grated cheese (mozzarella, cheddar or a mixture of the two)
  • 6 small pitted black olives
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).

Step 2

Place 6 crisps on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.

Step 3

Spread a teaspoon of tomato sauce over each crisp.

Step 4

Sprinkle lightly with grated cheese, then add a black olive in the centre.

Step 5

Place in the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
