Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Crush the chips in a zip-lock bag or with a food processor until they form coarse crumbs. Pour into a shallow dish.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
Place the flour in another shallow dish, mixing in paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel.
Dredge each piece in the flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally roll it in the crushed chips until fully coated.
Step 3
For baking: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange the coated chicken pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spray lightly with cooking oil. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
Step 4
For frying: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the nuggets in batches for 3–4 minutes per side, until crispy and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
Step 5
Enjoy hot with your favorite dips like barbecue sauce, ketchup, or ranch dressing!
